I'm switching to All-Grain and have one last extract bag to use. It's 7 lbs. I'm really chomping at the bit and kinda just want to use it up haha. I'd like to create something normal and drinkable as an everyday beer. I've never done a batch without specialty grains.

5 Gallon Batch

7 Lbs. Light LME
60 min - 1 oz. Cascade
30 min - 1 oz. Centennial
Flamout - 1 oz. Willamette.

And that's it. Would something like that taste ok? Would it be too thin and need more body you think? Like I said, I've never brewed without specialty grains, which is why I ask. Thanks!

It'll taste fine. The only reason you even need to add specialty grains to an extract beer is for flavor and color. It adds nothing to the body. Depending on what yeast you use, you probably have a mild IPA or hoppy pale ale here.
