Ok so I just got my mom's old bread maker and I've been really excited about making all kinds of bread. I just made a batch of beer bread with some Flying Dog Wildeman. It was delicious, but the beer flavor was a little weak. Anyone have any good recipes for beer bread?

I tend to just mix the beer with self rising flour + a bit of salt (1 cup flour:4 oz beer, aboutish). Sometimes I toss in my steeping grains to add more body.

1 c Self rising flour = 1 scant c flour + 1/4 tsp baking *powder*

Just today, I made two easy loaves using home brew. 1 loaf was with my Black IPA and the other was made with my Pumpkin Bock.

3 C - Flour
1/4 C - Sugar
3 tsp - Baking Powder
1 tsp - Salt
1 stick melted butter
12 oz - home brew

Mix dry ingredients with beer and half of the butter. Place dough in greased pan and dump the other half of the butter on top. Bake at 375F for 1 hour.

The Black IPA bread is tremendous with a nice salty/hoppy flavor.
