What are some of your favorite IPAs?

Red's Rye from Founder's, Double Crooked Tree from Darkhorse, and Lake Erie Monster from Great Lakes.

Green Flash West Coast, Russian Rivers's Plinys, DFH 60 and 90, and SA Latitude Simcoe

Most of them are from Cali or Vermont... or I make them myself in NJ.

Low malt presence, quite dry, little to no crystal, pale, crisp, easy drinking, light to medium light body, citrusy, fruity, tropical, piney, and/or dank with highly aromatic and hop forward with smooth, but high bitterness.

Kern, Alpine, Russian River, Hill Farmstead, Lawsons... and Surly is also good.

Bell's two hearted....oh, and I had a Trinity "Slap you Mammy" at Oskar Blues while on vacation a couple of weeks ago. Wow....

Stopping by the Alchemist Cannery in about an hour!! WOOT!!!!!!!!

Pliny (of course), Boneyard's Hop Venom, Rock Bottom's Hop Bomb, Black Raven Wisdom Seeker.. Wish I had one of each right now...

Oh man Boneyard's Hop Venom is fantastic, I'd take it over pliny!! Hmmm methinks a trip to Bend is in order!

In celebration of IPA day: First a Shorts Huma Luma, then a Bear Republic Red Rocket, then an homebrew IPA!

The homebrewed one I'm drinking now is pretty nice. A few of my favorite commercial ones:
Pliny (of course)
Santa Fe Brewing Happy Camper IPA
Marble Brewing IPA
La Cumbre Elevated IPA

My top 5 would probably be in this order:
Pliny
Surly Furious
Bell's Hopslam
Stone's Arrogant Bastard
Lagunitas Hop Stoopid

Southern Tier 2X IPA, DFH 60/90, Rastafa Rye, Stone's Arrogant Bastard, Lagunitas Hop Stoopid. They'll hafta wait until after quittin' time, 2345 local...

Top 5 would have to be:
Stone Ruination
Bear Republic Racer 5
Green Flash West Coast
Pliny the Elder
Ballast Point Sculpin

My favorites are Lagunitas IPA and DFH 60 minute. There are only a few I haven't fully enjoyed (raging ***** is actually one of them... haven't found a single Belgian style beer I'm into).

Also Saranac IPA is really tasty (though I'm not sure if I'd quite call it an IPA). And at less than 7 a six pack one can't complain much.

Just getting into IPA's, today it's MacTarnahan's Summer Grifter seasonal, $2 bomber, and very tasty. I've got a Rogue Brutal IPA in primary, and today ordered NB's Dead Ringer. Happy IPA Day:mug:

DFH 90
Stone Ruination
Firestone Double Jack
Bridgeport's Hop Czar
Ninkasi Tricerahop
