I just read the info on the Williams Brewing kit. It states that it has a
siphonless fermenter which features an invert tube transfer valve that
keeps beer and sediment out of the valve during fermentation, then acts
as a siphon hose ideally placed just above the sediment when
transferring. Any thoughts on which would be better. This or
Brewers Best. Thanks.

I think having a valve on your primary fermenter is more trouble than it's worth. Just use a regular racking cane and tubing, and get a second bucket for bottling.

i have the williams buckets and love em! i get next to no trub thru it and it makes pulling a sample super easy

I use similar buckets from HopTech and have never had a problem.

I hate siphoning.

I don't care for the buckets because you can't get a good view of what's going on inside, and this is important if you're tightly controlling your fermentation temps (i.e., raising the temps at the end of primary fermentation when the krausen starts to fall). Also, the bucket lids will tend to leak over time, and this causes stress when you can't see those wonderful bubbles coming through the airlock.
