Just a flat out question, is the foam on star San ok to touch the wort or beer and does it have to dry all the way?

Also, not only do I not fear the foam for wort purposes, I just plunge my hands right in. Sometimes they end up a little dry after a brewing/bottling day, but nothing beyond that. Fear not!
Do not let it dry, if it does it is no longer doing it's job.
Some people with more sensitive skin have some problems. It is acid after all.
For me it just dries out the skin around my fingernails a little .
