I recently brewed 15 gallons of a favorite witbier recipe of mine and looking to experiment with making a Cherry Wit. Primary fermentation is complete and I was thinking of racking 5 gallons onto 2 quarts of Knudsen Just Tart Cherry Juice.
Does anybody have experience with adding this juice to a secondary? I was also thinking of mixing it up with a quart of Tart Cherry and a quart of Dark Cherry juice.
Thoughts? Advice?
