So I have never bottle pasteurized beer and so far I've never had a bomb (knock on wood). My question is about bottle carbing and pasteurization. I intend to use the Coke bottle method to test, but since I've never bottle pasteurized beer, can someone tell me the step-by step process so that I don't screw up what I think is going to be a pretty nice cider?
