After endless searching and calculating here is my partial mash recipe I will be brewing tomorrow :)

3 lbs plain wheat DME
2lbs pale malt (2 row)
2 lbs white wheat malt
1/2 lb flaked oats
1 oz liberty 3.4 % AA @ boil
1/2 oz Mt Hood 6.1 % AA @ boil
0.75 oz crushed coriander seeds @ 5 min.
1.5 oz McCormick valencia orange peel @ 5 min.
Safale US-05

approx. 3 gallon boil for 60 minutes

estimated O.G. 1.051
estimated F.G. 1.011
estimatyed ABV 5.1 %
estimated IBU 14.2

I wanted to use unmalted wheat, maybe torrified, but not enough enzimes in the mini mash to convert both it and the oats.
I am heavy on the orange peel, I want a real pronounced orange flavor.
