Just wondering if there are any entrepreneurs out there that have stumbled upon something great.
 
Yeah, my Horse **** Stout has a nice grassy hop aroma and a good dark color. You ferment it with Brett and you get a barnyard flavor and smell that goes well with the smell from the roasted malts. You should try it and it is a great hit at all the gatherings. Would be a great commercial beer! Throw some wheat grass in there for texture as well. ;)

PS..why do you care if any entrepeneurs have come up with anthing, we are all hobbiests here right? :) If you are looking for entrepeneurs then I doubt they would give someone they don't know their recipe just to be able to have you take it and brew it up commecially and make money. But since we are all hobbiests here...
