Hey folks, i have 2 corny kegs full of fermented beer in my freezer. What are some general guidelines for the temp since there's alcohol in the keg? I want to get it has cold has possible.

I do have a growler with some water in it placed in the freezer and it hasn't frozen but i assume it will freeze faster then the beer.

FYI the thermostat is set at 2C.

I like to lager at 34 degrees (1 C) for each 8-10 points of OG. So, for a 1.060 lager, I keep the beer at 34 degrees for 6-8 weeks for the lagering period.
