Brew day my first 10 gallon batch

My 1st 10 gallon brew day went good. I used my 8 gallon BK for the runnings since it has a sight glass on it. 12.5 gallon collected, 60 min boil with hop addition at 45 and 15 min ( Orfy Brown Mild). Hooked up the IC and CFC but connected the water to IC and pump to CFC so I can get the temp down to 180 and recirc with the pump then moved the water to CFC. I was only able to get it down to the mid 70s so I might hook up my other IC in a bucket of ice water. Split the batch in 2 carboys and pitch nottingham and s-04.

Very cool, congrats, let us know how it turns out. I'm hoping in a few months to move up to doing a 10 gallon batch.
