Do you know if the perlicks have check valves in the bottom?

I am in West Michigan, right on the lake.

No check valves on the Perlicks. Usplastics.com sells check valves you can use ( that is what I do) for like $0.75 each!

Is the primary regulator a dual gauge setup?

It can be a dual gauge, but it is setup currently with only a low pressure gauge as per the picture (as an aside, high pressure gauges are really useless to us, because they go from registering high pressure to empty virtually in an instant).
