Finally came up with a brewery name

I see them, they look very good. I like the simplicity, I feel a lot of logos get jumbled up and amateurish because of it.

I think they could all be used interchangeably, depending on the label or whatever you out them on. the top one could be the one that stands on its' own on a box/web banner/placard etc. You could think about having just the little leaves by themselves later on, after you've established some "brand familiarity". {edit} Wait! I just realized that is what you've already done with the ones on the bottom; cool! At first I thought it was part of the other logo above it.
