Made a couple kits today, a TrueBrew CanadianAle kit that had both LME and DME and a 2.5 gal Brewferm Diabolo kit that SWMBO picked up at a LHBS down south last month.The Brewferm kit was our first no boil kit,how strange.I read that it's a high alc brew with little hoppiness so we dry-hopped the primary with an oz of Fuggles.How does that sound?And has anyone else out there tried either one of these kits?And if so,how did they turn out?Any comments and/or observations would be welcome.Thanks and cheers.
