It seems like I've done quite a bit of brewing since February but I haven't done much drinking of said brews. Yesterday I bottled the last 10 gallons of beer I had sitting around, made for a long day bottling by myself.
I organized all of my bottled beers and snapped a few pics. Most of these will be traveling upnorth me for the 4th of July weekend for a camping trip. I can't wait to consume!
Cases lined up along my table in the basement.
And the tool that helped me prep all of the bottles to fill. Clipped the loop off the end and used the drill. I didn't need the brush on the majority of the bottles but it helps ease my mind.
From left to right:
Porter, 12oz & 22ozs - Bottled (5-3-09)
Blueberry & Bitter Experiments, 12ozs - Bottled (5-31-09)
Apfelwein, Half carbed/Half uncarbed, 12oz & 16ozs - Bottled (6-14-09)
Edwort's Pale Ale, 12oz & 22ozs - Bottled (6-20-09)
Irish Red, 12oz & 22ozs - Bottled (6-20-09)
