i'd like to do a 1 Gallon lambic sour beer.
what do you think of this recipe?
1.5lbs pils malt
1oz acidulated malt
8oz torrified wheat
1/2 pound raspberries
1/4 ounces Tettnanger/hallertau (whichever i have in stock)
added @ 30min
raspberries added the last 15min of boil.
dry yeast t-58
thoughts and any suggestion?
i want to stick with a dry yeast and i do want it sour.
