I'm hoping to start brewing an annual lambic in June and am having trouble finding aged hops. Is there anywhere that they can be purchased from?

Alternately, is there a way to age them at home that doesn't take years and years?

According to Ray Daniels in his book Design Great Beers heat can be used to age hops (or at least create the same results). Sorry, I don't have the book in front of me to give you details.

Hops Direct has them. They're listed in the domestic leaf hop section under "choice debittered hops".

No real reason to use aged hops IMO. Just use a low AA hop to 8 IBUs in a single bittering addition. I promise you will not even know it's there in a year.
