Immersion Chiller

Immersion Chiller .... What a great F&^$#in' invention. Brewed my third batch today and used my brand new chiller and it worked excellent. Took my cooling time from almost 30 minutes with $4 worth of ice to just over 10 minutes on 3 1/2 gallons. Love it!!!!

I am getting one shipped in today with a nice big kettle so I will be trying it out over the weekend. I am looking forward to shortening that part of the process.

I just had a 50ft spool of copper dropped off by a family member in the HVAC field... it will transform into a chiller this weekend... can't wait to do my next brew...
