Hi guys

Been brewing for a few months (I think I've done a dozen brews) so decided to post a recipe. Still in the fermenter but smelling and looking good. Must say that I'm probably a mix of British and American brewing traditions, so I add additional dry hops in the cask for example. Rounded all the numbers as they don't particularly matter.

Batch size: 5.8 gallons (22l).

Malts
8 pounds 4 ounces of Maris Otter
2 pounds of wheat malt
7 ounces of Munich malt
3 ounces of British caramalt (light crystal)

60 minute boil

60 - 1/2 oz of Dana
25 - 1/5 oz of Amarillo
15 - 1/4 oz of Amarillo, 1/3 oz of Galaxy
5 - 1/2 oz of Amarillo, 1/3 oz of Galaxy
flameout - 1/2 oz of Galaxy
dry hop in fermentor 7 days - 1 oz of Amarillo
dry hop in cask - 1oz of Galaxy

yeast: US-05
finings: Irish Moss in the copper and isinglass for the casks
