I am getting ready to do my first BIAB. I got a 30qt pot and a propane burner for Christmas and I plan on buying one of the 5 gallon paint strainer bags and home depot. What should I make as my first batch? I cant decide, my last 3 batches have been a brown ale, an amber ale and a stout. I have an IPA conditioning in bottles right now. I am looking for something simple but good, what is something you guys recommend?

Ive got English Pale Ale running thru my head. I just wish it was running down my throat instead.

i would start with a fairly simple pale ale

two row
some sort of crystal malt

the hops and yeast of your choice.

get the process down, and get a decent result, before you burn up lots of ingredients

That cream of 3 crops sounds really good and easy. It's almost crawfish season down here and having some BMCish stuff around for all the boils will be good. Thanks guys!
