easy simcoe amarillo. now you got me thirsty I have to go get a IPA.

That's why I asked this question. Drinking good beer.

For bittering, Warrior and Magnum are my favorite.

For aroma, I love the dankness that comes from a solid Amarillo/Simcoe dry hop:rockin:

Recently I have been doing American ales and have been using Cascade and Centennial but, I just placed an order for 7 different kinds. Most of these I have not used before so I have some experimenting to do. :D

Centennial, Amarillo....Simcoe, citra.....Simcoe, Amarillo......Just did a Amarillo, citra a few min ago and smells awesome dry hopped. Centennial, Citra.. I love me some citrus aroma:)

My favorite IPA recipe is 3CPA: Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, Perl and Amarillo.

For dark beers, I favor Mt. Hood, Willamette, Fuggles and any of the Goldens.

my best hoppy beer so far used a combo of amarillo and nelson sauvin. tons of citrus!

had fantastic results with simcoe, citra and nelson sauvin

also digging my imperial black with columbus, amarillo and galaxy

I'm trying Chinook in the boil with Warrior flame out.

.5 ounces Warrior/ .5 ounces Perle for dry hop in my IPA
