Just moved to Birmingham from Athens, GA. Originally from South Africa.

Interested in meeting up with some other brewers in the area, maybe discovering a club?

Also, if you know any fellow South Africans in the area, I'd love to find out how they have adjusted to the area!

The Alabama Brew Off is this weekend. Obviously too late to send entries in, but if you want to come to the awards ceremony tonight it would be a good time to meet local brewers.

It's at 6:30 PM, at John's City Diner.

Also, check out Carboy Junkies...they are the local homebrew club in Birmingham.
