REALLY cleaning plate chiller

Hey, so I've been using the same plate chiller for about a year now, I wash it with boiling water after/before every brew session. I just don't think that's enough, I though about putting it in the oven but that'll just leave the residue in the chiller. Is there any liquid I can send through it to REALLY clean it and have it as new?
 
Bake it, then flush it with water, that's the best cleaning it'll ever get. I periodically recirc with Caustic Soda but I don't notice any difference between that and a hot oxiclean recirc.
