I brewed a ESB a week ago and used whirlfloc for the first time. When I opened the fermenter I saw this.
It doesnt taste sour or bad at all and it actually looks like break material more than anything but it still got me worried because I have never seen this before. What do you guys think?
I was going to add some gelatin and cold crash it to see if it drops out. What would you do?
