5lbs light dme
1lbs wheat dme
1.5 oz hallertau- 60
.5 oz hallertau-10
.5 oz tettneger-5
1 lbs light belgian candi sugar-15
1oz frsh lemon lime zest-5

My qusetion is my LHBS does not have a great selection of yeast...will safale 05 or 04 be ok or would I be better off ordering a saison yeast from the internet?

Get a saison strain. You'll never get the characteristics you're looking for in a saison from any of the dry yeasts out there.

Im making a saosin right now too and I am using Wyeast 3522 Belgian Ardennes Yeast.

Ive heard Wyeast 3724 Belgian Saison works very well also.
