Trying to find a recipe or kit from somewhere for a nice winter beer for example a Winterhook, Snowcap. Most recipes call for a long waiting period before drinking but I want something that is ready by December. Any Ideas? Something that is somewhat easy and not an all grain. Thanks guys.
 
You will probably want to look for some sort of a dark ale then. Anything else probably won't be ready to drink by then. Sorry I don't have any recipes to suggest. I kow that I have done ales in the past, and I have brewed and bottled them, and had them drinkable in about six weeks.
