Hi,

Started with 2 batches of 5 gallons.
Started over 2 months ago and the batches are still bubbling.
One batch is 1.025, other is 1.040. Two different types of yeast.

Seems to me like this is taking forever to finish (I've only done beer in the past). Should I re rack this or do the cider dance or just relax?

Thanks

Jonathan

Yeast is temperature sensitive if your keeping cider at say 50 deg, it might take months to ferment a batch that say at 70 deg might take 3 weeks. What is your temp?

...and what kind of yeast? I might have to try it! The slower the better in my opinion. Do you know what SG you started at? It seems that you should just let it be though, as long as it's still dropping (fermenting).
