I made a batch of beer with Denny's 1450 yeast. I did the standard 3 weeks in the primary ...but this beer is going to be for a company party in mid January so I decided to secondary it to clear it up a bit more than normal.

Well ...life got busy and it has been in the secondary for 5 weeks. I am going to bottle it soon and was wondering if there would be enough yeast still in suspension to carb this beer or should I pitch some US05 as insurance?

If i do need to pitch more yeast how much?
