Good morning all, im just starting to build my own receipes right now and a family member bought me some random grains. I do extract brewing. Looking on something to brew.

Belgian cara 45 - 1#
chocolate 1#
wheat 1#
veinna half pound
Munich 10L half pound
And a brewers best sweet orange peel pack 1oz

Not sure what I could do withbsome of this plus when I brew I would likebto use DME instead of LME. Any thoughts?

You could make a Belgian Wit with the lb of wheat, 1/2 lb of vienna and some wheat extract, plus the orange peel and some corriander.
