Tasting Notes
Big hop aroma/flavor; Caramelly sweet balanced with bitter w/ pronounced citrusy hops
This is a rich and bold amber ale with big hop aroma and flavor; nice balance between amarillo and columbus hops; caramelly sweet malt character balanced perfectly with columbus bittering notes that is all overlaid with a pronounced american citrusy hop aroma and flavor. This would work well as a winter warmer too! This is an easy brew, super tasty, and sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Notes:
-Use your brewing efficiency, and adjust the base malt (2row) to match the OG listed here.
-Extract Version: swap base malt for 8.5 lb Golden/Extra Light DME, or 10 lb Golden/Extra Light LME; use the crystal/carapils/midnight wheat as steeping grain

Enjoy!
