Jealous of that!

Having my Apollo West Coast Red, this keg is starting to get frighteningly drinkable

Enjoying this today.

I live pretty close to 3 Floyd's I'd open to some even trades. If anyone is interested.

I have been drinking Hinterland's Winterland stout infused with Juniper. The store has 4 packs for 4.99 since they are x-mas brews... normally they are x2 that and they are pint bottles. :cross:

I also had a fellow home brew club members Aztec beer that I thought was one of mine... heavy corn and spicy pepper with a hint of chocolate... I wish I would have saved that one until Dec 21 just to drink it as the world ends... :( Good thing I have some 18 year Jameson set aside for just that occasion. ;)

My Hopbite RyePA, made with Summit, Chinook and Palisade hops. Finally coming into it's own after a month in the keg.

The last of my AHS' Boddington ale clone. Waaay flatter than it should be, but I'm taking one (or more) for the team to take these out of the pipeline.

Just had a taste/clarity/carb tester of my Amarillo Blonde to get an idea of whether or not I will be taking it to a Pirates game tailgate tomorrow. It was a little undercarbed (so I cranked the CO2 up to 30 psi), but tasted so good I went back for 6 more oz! I love the smell of Amarillo in the morning!

Me and my old man's Smoked Ale, his first extract brew - and my last extract brew. Two cans of Coopers Real Ale, 100 grams of Swedish smoked malt (reaaaally smokey stuff) and.. I think some crystal or chocolate malt. Maybe both. Took ages to mellow out.

Edit: MAN, this beer is WEIRD. Smoth as silk at first... then suddenly, it's like chewing a lit cigarr. No alcohol taste at all, hops are subtle at first then after the cigarr taste, they pop up - bitter as hell, with an earthy herbish hint.

My first AG batch... A Maris Otter / CTZ SMaSH... I just kegged it two days ago, so it's not quite carbed enough, but it's pretty damn good!!!

I brewed the same 3 weeks ago. How many hops did you use? Did you dryhop at all. I did 1oz at 60 , 20, 10, and flameout. Just dry hopped with another ounce. Will keg in a week.

I have had a BUNCH of rogue homebrews tonight. You know, the ones your club members/fellow homebrewers bring over with no label and leave in you fridge... AND I have been in the cherry braggot again...that stuff should have some kind of warning like: "If you have more that 6oz of this in an hour you may time travel." ZOMG I had 2 12oz pours. I seriously need to bottle this stuff and get it off the tap...

Drinking my first 12oz bottle of EdWort's Apfelwein after a bottle of my Vienna/NorthernBrewer SMaSH. Holy Jebus this stuff is strong... I made it for the wife and she isn't a fan so I get to get hammered by myself :tank:

First week tester(6 days bottle carbed) of my honey ginger pale ale.Just like i imagined honey, ginger,as a pale ale.Dont know if its the hershbrucker-hops, i used also but its a fantastic aroma.Accidentally used a little extra honey-but glad i did(about 18 oz for 5 gal)for the recipe.Honey/ginger and floral hops can make an amazing aroma-im shure it will not be so intense once its more conditoned but i think will conditon well.Glad i brewed this.05 did very well, clear already.

Centennial blonde after a Hopsecutioner, a 90 minute and a couple homebrews. Tastes like water. Maybe I should have chosen that instead. :drunk:

A homebrewed German Pilsner with some Extra Styrian Dana* hops for the bittering addition, Hallertauer for the rest. Never used, much less heard of this strain, until I won them in my club's monthly raffle.

*anyone have any experience with these? The beer turned out great, so no complaints, I just can't find out too much info on them.

I bought a sixer of Redhook ESB the day one of their workers died from the exploding plastic keg. Just finnished the last bottle from that tribute.

Last night I had one each of my hombrewed Rye and California Pale Ale (SWMBO's fav). Sadly, I'm drinking coffee at the moment since I'm at work and they frown on drinking beer here even though a number of us are homebrewers.
