I boil in the Bayou Classic 11 Gallon SS Pot I received for Christmas pictured below

just checked out a few reviews and they were mixed at best. This is what I could really use to make my AG brewing smoother (2 burners). How does it handle 2 pots at the same time?
 
sheeldon I have not had the opportunity to use it yet, but I was using two independant burners and figured this was a better setup.
