I made a mistake with the hops schedule, I had a Northern Brewer addition at 90 minutes and Mt. Hood at flame out, Irish Moss at 15 minutes, and yeast nutrient at 10 minutes. Like the moron I am, I put my flame out addition in at 15 minutes.

I'm about ready to transfer to secondary soon, so my question to the community is, should I dry hop the addition that I was supposed to put in, or just leave it be?

The type of brew is a clone of Stone Heat Seeking Wheat, an American Wheat beer.

Putting hops in at 15 instead of 0 will give you more bitterness (probably about 10 IBUs per ounce of hops in your case) and less aroma. Dry-hopping will help replace the aroma, if you feel it's lacking.
