I brewed my oktoberfest in late august, no temp control, stupid me... def. too much bananananananana ;)... keg it, let is sit... now late nov. extremely quaffable brew... i read a thread somewhere on here that said... let your brews sit.. the funk won't live for ever... I am now a true believer...
 
to right, and i have to say i love the profile pic its a hoot espically when two bottles up

Thanks! I saw it on here somewhere... i used to have cats... love them... anyway yeah yeah! i'm on #4... i was getting ready to toss this batch... have my readheaded step child looking for a place to sit ;) glad i tried it before dumping it...
