I checked my secondary last night and I noticed little spots of white bubbles at the top. There are about 4-5 little areas speckled across the top. Is this normal?
I think what you described was caused by the yeast. Let it finish, bottle the beer and them PM me with instructions as to where to send it so I can check it our for you.
When you racked to secondary you gave the yeasties a bit of energy again. The co2 kicked some up to the surface and they're having a party. Everything's fine!
