Hey all I'm brand new here and I'm also a new home brewer. This recipe I just wrote up will be the second batch I have done without a kit and wanted to see if this made sense to all of you. Thanks!

2 lbs Belgian Pale
1 lbs Wheat Flake
6 lbs Muntons DME
1 lbs Wheat Dme
2 oz Nugget (60 min)
2 oz Centennial (10 min)
2 oz Citra (5 min)
2 oz Ahtanum (Flame out)
2 g grains of paradise (5 min)
1 oz coriander seed (5 min
2 fresh orange peels (10 mins)
Yeast: Wyeast 3463 Forbidden fruit
1 oz Simcoe whole leaf (Dry hop)
2 oz Citra whole leaf (Dry hop)

Not sure if I did it right, but I came up with 121 IBU, I'm sure give or take, but yeah that's a lot of hops!

Well I'm hoping to create a big beer but big in taste and aroma and pushing both ends of the white beer and the ipa. I hope it works. It sounds good but its all theory currently.

Sounds great. I just brewed a super hoppy batch myself with 10oz total hops - you beat me by 1 oz. I was affraid of off flavors (grassy, etc.) but it really has a great taste and aroma to it. Really heavy bitter on the back of the tounge. As long as you like hops, you're in for a treat.
