This is my third AG batch. I brewed it with no problems, hit my SG mark, added belgian candy sugar @ 10 min before the end of boil , and aged it for 6months. the problem is the heavy yeast taste. The beer is not what I expected. Does the beer need to age more?

Time usually heals all wounds. I've got a belgian thats about 8 months old, and its just starting to mellow out a bit. Just stash it somewhere and try it again in six months.

if its got a yeast taste i say run it through a filter and re-keg it. Unless you have a bunch of kegs...if that the case then i say you wait another 6 months.

--- ME TOO ---
Recipe please!
Sorry for being obnoxious, this just sound like something I need to make.
