i just chilled my brew, and realized I had forgot the Irish Moss, should i pitch the yeast and not worry, or wiill it make a big difference? Doesn't look like alot of trub??

Cold and Time will fix that, dont worry, be happy!

I like your thinking, I got the time, keg fridge is full ( that limits my cold though ) , was also thinking , if needed, some inisglass in the secondary.

I would often forget adding the Irish moss, and also forget to add my chiller during the last 15 of the boil. Now I put the 15-minute hop addition, Irish moss, and chiller all together so I remember to put them all in at the same time.

Dammit.... reading this thread just made me realize I forgot to add irish moss to my Irish Red Ale tonight...
