So I'm bottling a RIS tonight. I primed two kegs with yeast and sugar and bottled from the kegs. When i got to the second keg I realized it was slightly carbonated because I left the c02 on when sealing the keg. I had already added enough sugar to get to 2.2 volumes. The filled bottles are actually foaming a little. I don't want to cap them for worries of bottle bombs. Can I leave them covered with caps but not press them on to allow any c02 to escape tonight then cap tomorrow?

I'm not sure, but enough to visibly see it had carbonation when swirling the keg and when putting into the bottle. Co2 was obviously leaving solution.
