New Jersey Hops - Pictures and Questions

Hi all,
Our 5 hops are now about 2 months old. Looking good, but I have some questions for any experienced growers. First, here's what we got:

Cascade (in the front) (About 12-13 feet high)


Cascade up close


Cascade again


Centennial (about 5-6 feet high)


Centennial up close


Fuggles (about 12-13 feet high, although the middle vine is weaved so it doesn't reach the top)


Fuggles up close


A problem with Fuggles

Goldings not doing as well with height (about 2-3 feet)


But looks nice up close


Finally, Willamette (about 4-5 feet)


Willamette again


Questions:
1. How do they look? Some (to me, a newb) look really good. Goldings, on the other hand, not so much. Is this just because maybe Goldings don't grow as well in Jersey climate? Fuggles are known to grow well here and they have..
2. On the cascades, what is that white stuff? A white, powerdery mildew maybe? Any suggestions on how to care for it?
3. The one Fuggle vine is brown and weak at the top..any ideas? More water?

Again:
1. Why are the goldings not growing upward? Just the climate/soil?
2. Cascade..is that mildew of some sort? Any ideas?
3. Fuggles leaf is browing...any ideas? just not enough water?

Try going to this website http://5e.plantphys.net/article.php?ch=t&id=289 it may help you out. I went there and I had a Iron Deficiency. I used the pellet IRONITE with Micrnutriants. The plants loved it. Ironite Mineral Supplement 1-0-1. I'm also in New Jersey. Sandy soil.
