Working on a batch using soley mosaic hops. Does anyone have suggestions on what hops might pair well with 1oz of Mosaic for dry hopping?

Something piney or citrusy. It's a very fruity hop, and I personally don't like to dry hop with it alone.

I'd suggest Simcoe or Chinook myself to balance it a bit. It gets "sweet".

I made an all Mosaic APA and it came out way too fruity for my taste. I would definitely pair it with piney hops in the future. My wife loves that beer though, so it wasn't a waste.

Depends on what you're brewing, grist, yeast, etc as other factors effect the hop flavor beyond just the hops. That being said, I'd use Nelson. :D

I did an IPA with Chinook bittering and late addition + Chinook/Mosaic dry hop. It was fantastic.
