Ha, I've seen this thread for a couple years but never played it before.

Maybe you guys can figure out what to call this beer I've got on tap right now:

Hints:

I worried it would be thin and possibly tannic.
Yeast > hops.
 
I've never understood the distinction between those last two.

I'm gonna it to you, just a plain milk stout, lactose being the adjunct.

Sweet! Nitro milk stout was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that photo. I actually grabbed one out of the fridge two minutes ago.
