With my first IPA now in the secondary, my primary is now available for round #2.

I have one can of Cooper's light liquid UME and have been wanting to create a SMaSH. I've been wanting to try a citrusy hops variety, and I've heard good things about amarillo hops. What do you all think of my below recipe? What should can I expect from it?

Thanks in advance for any input :)

Batch size: 2gallons
Boil size: 1.5gallons
Boil time: 60min
Yeast: Safale US-05
Malt: 3.3lb Cooper's light liquid UME
Hops:
1) .5oz of amarillo hops for 60min
2) .5oz of amarillo hops for 10min
3) 1oz of amarillo dry hopped in the secondary

ABV = 5.2%
Color = 4 SRM
OG = 1.054
FG = 1.015
IBU = 37.2

Looks good to me. If you want to change something I would split the 1 oz. for dry hopping and add 1/2 at flame out. like:

1) .5oz of amarillo hops for 60min
2) .5oz of amarillo hops for 15min
3) .5oz of amarillo @ flame out
4) .5oz of amarillo dry hopped in the secondary

looks good either way...

If you want citrus flavor, add around the 30 minute mark, if you want aroma, add around the 5 to flame-out mark and/or dry hop.

Yeah, you need some addition around 20 minutes to get some flavor. That is the point of a SMASH anyway.
