Just need to know if this recipe is an American Pale Ale (partial mash:)

3.5 lbs. Extra Light DME
3.5 lbs. 2-row
1.0 lb. Crystal 40L

1/2 oz. Centennial (60min)
1/2 oz. Amarillo (15min)
1/2 oz. Simcoe (15min)
1/2 oz. Amarillo (5min)
1/2 oz. Simcoe (5min)

I think the hops might be a little different for an APA, but would the work? Thanks.

Possibly more like an Amber Ale...

Looks like gravity is in the mid 50s, but depending on your boil size, only a 1/2 oz of centennial for kettle hops means your IBUs are probably going to be well below the expected range for an APA.

Cut the crystal to 8 oz. and add the extract with the flavor hops. Should put it on target.

Hard to say without knowing the AA%'s, but putting the extract in at 60 would mean about 20 IBU and at 15 min. about 40 IBU, if the Centennial is around 12%.
