I currently have a java stout, white house honey porter, Belgian wit, and a raspberry wheat either going or drinking.

Whats a good recipe for an extract brew? I want to go non-kit and buy the ingrediants on their own. Any recipes for any of your favorites for extract brew would be very appreciated

Thanks guya

Dave

Bee Cave Haus Pale FTW! You can go extract and steeping grains, or try to Brew in a Bag for a partial mash or All-Grain! It was my first All-Grain and it was delicious!

Janet's Brown Ale from "Brewing Classic Styles"
