I've ordered a stout faucet in preparation for adding a nitrogen tank into my kegging set up.

Any tried and true stout recipes that are recommended? Anxious to put my first beer on nitro.

Biermuncher's Guinness clone seems like the obvious choice. But browse the stout recipes section of the forum and see what appeals to you. Maybe make a low-gravity one you can drink soon and an Imperial you can age until you drink all of the first batch.

Northern Brewer's Dry Irish Stout is pretty good on nitro. Really basic, really good. I'd also consider a milk stout, chocolate stout or oatmeal stout. Or a chocolate oatmeal milk stout!
