That's what I've been doing, it seems it still not carbing enough even after 48 hours
 
I always shake at 30, leave overnight and go down to 10-12 for a couple of days and it's carbed by then. I would be a little iffy leaving it at 60, be patient.
 
Oh, it is very cold, it just seems to be taking forever, I haven't checked in a few days so it may be good now
 
If you use a .5 micron diffuser stone the beer will be fully carbed in 2 or 3 days (2 days for my porters and stouts, 3 for my bocks and ales), depending on the style and CO2 volumes you're after.
