I Have developed a new hop recipe...Hop infused cheese sticks. This is what happens when you leave a large bag of hop flowers in the freezer for too long. They actually tasted quite good. Cascade Hops Infused Fried Italian Cheese paired with a APA. Sophisticated.
 
Let's hope the cheese didn't infuse the hops when you use them in a brew.. India cheese ale doesn't seem too good to me!

They were really old hops from a large bulk order. I had to get rid of they but as my son said. They live on in the ice on the sides of the freezer. Heh
