I was fermenting in a fridge to keep the temp between 60-70 but I had it set wrong and it got down to 45. It was only @ 45 for about an hour but since then I haven't seen anything coming out of the air lock. Is it possible that I killed the yeast?

High temps well above 100F, and freezing yeast will kill it. Anywhere in between you are OK. They may go dormant, but are still alive.
