Backsweeten with honeystix?

But it looks like those are just plastic tubes with honey in 'em... at least if I'm reading the description correctly.
 
Expensive way to get a bit of backsweetening, if you ask me. Stick with bulk honey unless you like paying way to much for honey. :)
 
Fair enough, how much honeey should I add to a one gallon jug to backsweeten (on average-obviously it depends on what it is and my tastes-but just looking for a ballpark). Thanks again!
 
Depending on your hydrometer reading, I usually start with about a 1/3 of a cup and go from there. I like it a bit sweeter than most.......1.02, also depends on the tannins.
